DRC Resources Corporation has granted an employee a stock option to purchase 100,000 common shares of the company at a price of $3.05 per share for a period of two years.
The options price is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, and subject applicable hold periods.
The closing price on September 17th, 2002 of DRC Resources Corporation shares on the Canadian Venture Exchange was $3.60.
