DRC Resources announces that the Canadian Venture Exchange has approved a change of member firm and individual broker to facilitate the purchase of shares pursuant to the Normal Course Issuers Bid announced on February 20, 2002. The services of Mr. Scott Astle, of Canaccord Capital Corp. have been retained to replace Mr. Thomas Taylor of Raymond James Ltd.
