Renaud Adams , , , Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Adams has 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Mr. Chausse has an extensive background of more than 25 years of international finance and mining experience. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Richmont Mines Inc., prior to which he was Chief Financial Officer at Stornoway Diamonds. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Chausse was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AuRico Gold, and from 2009 to 2013, he served as Vice President of Finance, Operations and Projects for Kinross Gold. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation from 2006 to 2009 and held increasingly senior positions with Barrick Gold from 1998 to 2006. Rob received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990.

From 2015 to 2017, Anne was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for Richmont Mines, where she was part of the senior executive team that led the transformation of Richmont to be one the top junior mining companies in the Americas. From 2007 to 2015, she was Vice President, Investor Relations for AuRico Gold. Anne also served on the Board of Directors of AuRico Metals from 2015 to 2017. Anne holds a B. Mr. Ortega is New Gold's Vice President of Latin America and Managing Director of Minera San Xavier S.A. de C.V. Previously he was Vice President, Legal and General Counsel At Southern Copper, a subsidiary of Grupo Mexico. Prior to that he was the General Counsel of Grupo Mexico and had also held positions in the Mexican federal government where he participated in trade negotiations with the US and Canada (NAFTA) and the European Union. Mr. Ortega is an attorney at law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City where he graduated with honours. He is also a member of the Board of the Mexican Mining Chamber and is Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Petersen is an economic geologist with over 29 years of experience in precious and base metals exploration throughout the Americas. His background includes a variety of assignments ranging from early stage exploration programs leading to deposit discovery, through post-discovery exploration and mineral resource development, to mine site exploration to expand and replace reserves. Before joining the company in 2008, Mr. Petersen was Vice President of Exploration for Metallica Resources Inc. where he had worked since 1995. For the 11 years prior, Mr. Petersen worked with Lac Minerals Inc. and its predecessor companies Bond Gold Inc. and St. Joe Gold Inc. as an exploration geologist. Mark is a Certified Professional Geologist and holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science Degrees in Geology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Ms. Rachynski has over 25 years of experience in the areas of human resources, organizational effectiveness, recruitment and selection, succession planning, and labour and employee relations. She joined New Gold in 2014 as the Manager, Human Resources for the New Afton Mine, where she successfully implemented strategies to build a strong performance culture with a focus on building relationships and improving competitiveness. From 2006 to 2014, Ms. Rachynski was Manager of Human Resources at Domtar Pulp and Paper Products, where she was responsible for labour relations, human resources, and health and safety. Prior to this, she held increasingly senior human resource positions at Weyerhaeuser Company Ltd. She has been a member of the Interior Forest Labour Relations Association, Trustee for Southern Interior Health and Welfare Plan, partner of BC Pulp & Paper Labour Market Committee, and Business Partner for Kamloops Region Success by Six Program. Ms. Rachynski has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Peter Woodhouse , , , Vice President, Projects

Mr. Woodhouse has over 30 years of experience in engineering and project management, dedicated mostly to the development of mining infrastructure. He has been responsible for all aspects of project management, team development and project execution, through all phases of a project, from scoping study through commissioning. From 2014, Mr. Woodhouse was Vice President, Projects at Centerra Gold Inc., where he was responsible for overall capital projects development, including the institution of a corporate project management team, a site project management team, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive set of project management tools. From 1997 to 2014, Mr. Woodhouse was the principal of Technology Management Group Inc., a project management services consultancy. He has also held senior project management roles for Canada Lithium, Hatch, SNC Lavalin, and Xstrata Nickel. Mr. Woodhouse has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) from McGill University, and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada.
